2. Login in the upper right hand corner

3. Begin filling in the form fields using this general information:

- In the subject line, put Website Refund

-In the Description area type "I need to get a refund because I worked with a Squarespace Expert to create a new website and no longer need the old site. Here is the link to my new website (add the link to your new site here)"

-Under Subscription, select Website

-Click the "Confirm" ox

-Type the URL (link) for your OLD website in the "Built in Domain" area

- In the Why Do You Want a Refund section, select "I no longer need this service"

4. Click Send
